Update a course

Update a single course informations.
WARNING When updating a course, every field will be updated, even if you don't provide a value for them. For instance if you are updating a course name and you have already provided an array of SCHOOL_GROUP for your course, if you don't provide them again when updating the course, they will be deleted.
