Get all documents

Alt Text Retrieve all the documents of your school (with and without signature). This endpoint will retrieve only the metadata of your documents,, the "DOCUMENT_URL" will be generated when everyone has signed the document.
WARNING : This is an heavy request, please use this endpoint only when needed.

Retrieve documents created after the provided date (format YYYY-MM-DD, ISO 8601)
