Retrieve a single student using the external reference ID your system gave it. Archived students are returned too. Returns 404 (STUDENT_NOT_FOUND) when no student of your school carries that reference, and 409 (STUDENT_EXTERNAL_REFERENCE_ID_AMBIGUOUS) when several do, like PATCH /students/by-reference-id/{externalReferenceId}.
