Get a group by external reference ID

https://ext.edusign.fr/v3/groups/by-reference-id/

Retrieve a single group using the external reference ID your system gave it. Archived groups are returned too. Returns 404 (GROUP_NOT_FOUND) when no group of your school carries that reference, and 409 (GROUP_EXTERNAL_REFERENCE_ID_AMBIGUOUS) when several do.
