[BETA] Archive a training by external reference ID

Archives a training matched by partner externalReferenceId (API_ID). Same response and error semantics as DELETE /trainings/:id.

⚠️ Warning — cascading archive: Archiving a training also archives (locks) all of its courses. Each locked course fires its own on_course_locked webhook. This action cannot be undone through this endpoint.
